This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which My College Advocate, LLC (the “Company”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User” and collectively “Users”) of the website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by the Company offline or through other means, including on any other website operated by the Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or to information collected by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link or be accessible from or on the Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site, register on the Site, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
